Stacey Solomon details bad anxiety in honest post as she hits the gym at 4.30am

Stacey Solomon has opened up about feelings of anxiety in an honest and insightful message to her fans.

The 33-year-old mum-of-five kicked off her day yesterday with a 4.30am gym session after waking up "feeling so anxious".

The bubbly Loose Women star, who boasts 5.6 million followers on Instagram, shared a video of her day's antics to the hit social media platform, updating fans on how she prepared for the day.

The peaceful montage was accompanied by a simple piano instrumental. In a caption at the bottom of the clip, which was shared on the star's Stories, Stacey penned: "I woke up so early (4.30am) feeling SO anxious."

The TV star, who welcomed her fifth child with husband Joe Swash in February of this year, elaborated: "I came on yesterday & it's my first period in over a year so it's thrown me right out!

"Everyone was sleeping so I decided to try & do things to set me up for work today. Forced myself to gym, made myself lunch, washed my hair & got ready to go…"

The video illustrated Stacey's morning, showing the star completing a cardio and weights workout in the garden, before jumping in the shower and giving it a quick clean.

She then showed herself preparing her skin for a busy day, before pulling together a healthy packed lunch at 'Pickle Cottage'.

Then, the popular presenter filmed herself as her hair and make-up team completed her look. She sported a short floral yellow dress and carried a large cream shoulder bag.

Stacey, known for her positive outlook, then said: "To anyone having a low day, you're amazing & everything is temporary, you've got this."

With her trademark self deprecation, Stacey added: "Me when I first woke up to after hair & make up is cracking me up!"

The reality star then filmed a snippet of her car journey as she ventured to the 'warehouse' on the set of the new series of the BBC's Sort Your Life Out, which she's currently filming for.

The footage was finished with an image of Stacey in the warehouse, smiling broadly.

She captioned the photo: "Spending the day helping the most deserving family get their house back is just the most amazing feeling ever.

"So grateful I get to do this. Happy Wednesday everyone."

The new series of Sort Your Life Out is expected to air later this year, or possibly early 2024, on BBC1.
