Olivia Attwood was forced to miss out on the Loose Women Christmas party after injuring her eye.
The panellist of the hit ITV daytime chat show, took to Instagram on Wednesday, 20 December to provide her 2.1M followers an update on what had happened. Olivia, 32 looked fed up as she took a selfie while in the back of a taxi with her left eye completely bandaged up.
In the caption, she wrote: "Was meant to be off to @loosewomen Christmas lunch… but my eye had other ideas." The former Love Island star pulled a sad face as she wore her glasses and showed how her left eye had been fully covered with bandages across her face.
She had a black puffer coat on that was tucked up around her neck with her long blonde locks tucked out of the way. Olivia didn't go into any details about what had happened to her left eye but it was bad enough that she couldn't take part in the Loose Women festive activities.
But the party must go on as Linda Robson and Katie Piper were spotted at the lunch taking part in a quiz and beaming alongside their TV pals. The women were in a fancy room filled with cast members and some crew to celebrate the festivities.
Olivia, who rose to fame after appearing on Love Island in 2017, joined the Loose Women panel in August this year. The reality TV star has also presented ITV’s award-winning series Getting Filthy Rich series, where she meets people making money selling sexual content.
After joining Loose Women, Olivia admitted that she has a reputation for being a bit of a nightmare when it comes to the legal team on ITV due to her Getting Filthy Rich series. The star laughed: "I see the legal team, and they’re like: 'We love doing your show… But it’s always a challenge to just get it over that line.'
"We have to go through the legals – that’s obviously really important. It’s a very tedious process, I’m sure, for them. There’s a lot of people out there doing very extraordinary things.
"The vast range of the online sexual economy is just mind blowing. And it’s always ever-growing."
Olivia's debut on the ITV chat show saw her join Coleen Nolan, Janet Street-Porter and Linda Robson on the panel where they discussed topics including banning children from her wedding. This month during the show she spoke about not having immediate plans to have children.
The blonde beauty tied the knot with professional footballer Bradley Dack in June this year.
