Fans of the classic 1990s film Mrs Doubtfire will have felt a blast of nostalgia after seeing a photo of the some of the cast reuniting.
It’s been nearly 30 years since the release of the cult movie, which starred the late great comedic actor Robin Williams as the self-titled character who took care of his three children in disguise as a Scottish nanny.
In the film, Mrs Doubtfire is conjured up by divorced dad Daniel Hilliard (played by Robin) in a desperate attempt to see his children after ex wife Miranda, played by actress Sally Fields, limits his meetings with them.
Caught in the middle of the parental battle were eldest daughter Lydia, played by Lisa Jakub, middle son Chris, played by Matthew Laurence, and youngest daughter Natalie, played by Mara Wilson.
A new photo that has been shared on Twitter shows the three actors as fully grown adults as they posed together in a tight embrace.
The picture of the trio was taken as they attended the ‘90s Con event which was held over the weekend in the US and showed not only how much older they all looked, but just how close they appear to have remained after all these years.
Fans noticed how good actor Matthew looks, as one person wrote: "How does Matthew Lawrence not look any different", while another added: "Matthew Lawrence looks like he is in his early 20s."
Since starring in Mrs Doubtfire, former actress Lisa has became a yoga teacher after she quit the business at the age of 22.
Before changing careers, the 43 year old also starred in big ‘90s blockbuster Independence Day alongside Will Smith and enjoyed a successful movie run throughout her teenage years.
Matthew, also 43, continued on with his acting career after Mrs Doubtfire, featuring in TV series Brotherly Love with his real-life siblings for two years afterwards, and more recently in sitcom Melissa & Joey.
The actor was previously married to Dancing with the Stars professional Cheryl Burke, before eventually separating in January of this year.
Perhaps the most famous of the Doubtfire kids though is actress Mara Wilson, who became a household name in the ‘90s after starring in several hit children’s films including Matilda (1996) and Miracle on 34th Street (1994).
After her huge success, Mara took a 12-year break from acting in early 2000s before returning back to the TV and film screens in 2016.
