Matthew McConaughey, 50, along with various celebrities, joined exes Brad Pitt, 56, and Jennifer Aniston, 51, while the read lines for a table read for the 1982 teen drama Fast Times at Ridgemont High last month. The Magic Mike actor dished on the former couple’s “sexual tension” as they giggled through their reading.
Brad and Jennifer reunited during a virtual table read along with a handful of other famous stars.
The read saw Jennifer voicing Phoebe Cates’ role of Linda Barrett while Pitt played Judge Reinhold’s character, Brad Hamilton.
The former couple were spotted giggling as they voiced the racy pool scene.
Matthew played the character of Mike Damone in the table read.
Following their reunion, Matthew has shared his thoughts after he was quizzed on the “sexual tension” between the pair.
Appearing on Watch What Happens Live earlier this week, the Hollywood actor admitted he “could feel the heat” between them.
“Could I feel the heat through the screen of Brad? So palpable. Yeah, yeah, it was so palpable,” Matthew joked.
“I noticed that after, that a lot of the topics were about that, or about them,” he continued.
“No, I actually didn’t notice anything through the screen, but that made for a good topic the next day.”
The virtual table read aired on Facebook and TikTok on September 17.
Other stars who joined in included the star of the original flick, Sean Penn, alongside John Legend, Shia LaBeouf, Henry Golding, Ray Liotta and Dane Cook.
The star-studded table read drew more than four million online viewers and raised more than $135,000 for Covid-19 charities.

During the read, Brad and Jennifer got fans talking after they recreated the classic 1982 scene.
The Friends star said to Brad’s character: “You know how sexy I always thought you were.”
It was the first time the exes appeared on screen together since their split in 2005.
Earlier this year, the former couple reunited after they bumped into each other backstage at 2020 Screen Actors Guild Awards in January.
The pair were snapped smiling at each other, and Brad was seen holding on to Jen’s wrist while she walked away after a brief chat.
Brad and Jennifer first went public with their relationship in 1999 and tied the knot the following year.
The couple split after five years of marriage and Brad later began dating actress Angelina Jolie for seven years before officially tying the knot in 2014
Brad and Angelina later called it quits after two years of marriage.
