Mary Berry shares ‘delicious’ lasagne recipe
Dame Mary Berry has spoken out on a possible stint on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.
There is not much that the chef hasn’t accomplished which is why she has remained a strong contender for the BBC show. Although, the 88-year-old has confirmed she has no plans to compete for the Glitterball.
In an interview with OK! Magazine, Mary was asked whether she would take up ballroom dancing in the arms of a leading professional, but quipped that she is “not tempted in any way”.
She responded: “I have not got Angela Rippon’s legs. There’s absolutely no chance I’ll do Strictly. I’m not tempted in any way, ever.”

Angela Rippon, 79, is the oldest celebrity to have taken part in the competition but is taking this year’s show by storm.
She is continuing to make her mark as she received a nine from Craig Revel Horwood at the weekend during the show’s Halloween special.
Angela was lost for words as Claudia Winkleman, revealed she made BBC history with her performance. The presenter said: “Craig scored higher than the other judges. I don’t think he’s ever done that.”
Craig later hit back at claims Angela was being scored higher due to her age.

He said on Sunday’s results show: “I loved it. It’s a matter of opinion, I think, and that’s why there are four judges. And sometimes I will like these types of dances more than maybe the strictly ballroom ones.
“What’s so difficult about that dance is not just the swivel but all the intricate timings as well. She danced with complete and absolute ease and that is difficult.
“I’m not giving Angela a nine because she’s 79, I think it was worth a nine, I absolutely loved it.”
Fans will be thrilled to hear that Mary is back on our screens as she stars in her new BBC Two show, Mary Makes It Easy.
Over six episodes, Mary will help the likes of AJ Odudu and Anton Du Beke to sort out their culinary skills.
The first episode will see her set off into the world of camping with her old friend and former Bake Off colleague Mel Giedroyc.
Mel, 55, is an avid camper and wanted to know how to cook more campfire recipes that will thrill her two grown-up daughters, Vita and Florence.
