Former Homes Under the Hammer star Lucy Alexander was left fuming at EasyJet today after she and her daughter Kitty were left stranded on holiday in Portugal.
The former BBC presenter hit out at the airline after they failed to provide a hotel that was accessible for Kitty, who uses a wheelchair.
Earlier today, she told her 64,400 Instagram followers: “Oh sh**… just heart we are delayed overnight in Fara.”
The next photograph showed Lucy and an anxious-looking Kitty with the caption: “Help. Still no one talking to us at Faro from @easyjet. We need an accessible room. #delayed flight.” (sic)
In the next story, Lucy revealed that she and her daughter had been left totally stranded with nowhere to stay.

“Waited another 3 hours to finally get a representative and find a hotel,” she continued.
“Then the lifts were broken in the hotel so had to find another one for Kitty’s wheelchair.

“Got sent to another hotel that’s NOT accessible,” she added. “Had to arrange our own travel as the coach wasn’t accessible.
“Proper sh**show from @easyjet at Faro airport today,” she concluded.

Lucy and her family are not the only people to be affected by airport chaos this week.
Britain’s air traffic control agency, Nats, suffered a technical glitch on bank holiday Monday that resulted in nearly 10% of all flights departing and arriving at airports being delayed.
The blunder meant that air traffic controllers no choice but to manually input flight plans, disrupting people’s travel plans and leading to hundreds of flight cancellations and delays.
