Love Island’s Davide can’t ‘trust’ Ekin-Su as he quizzes Adam over her behaviour

Love Island looks set to be hit by more drama on Wednesday night’s episode as Davide Sanclimenti admits he is having doubts about his budding romance with fellow contestant Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.

In the wake of newcomer Adam Collard’s arrival, the Italian heartthrob appears to be having cold feet about his relationship as he opens up to Coco about the doubts on his mind.

Sharing what’s on his mind, Davide admits: “I see how she acts when a guy above the average enters the Villa every time. Sometimes the way she acts to the boys I don’t like.”

Coco asks: “Do you think you’ll ever trust her?”

To which Davide replies: “Because of the past I don’t know if I’ll ever fully trust her.”

Dami then weighs in, adding his own thoughts as he comments: “You need to build on that trust.”

Coco agrees, adding: “If the trust isn’t there it’s never going to work.”

The heart to heart clearly has an effect on the Islander, with upcoming scenes set to show him pulling aside Adam for a chat to find out what Ekin-Su has said while he was absent from the villa.

The pair have already had a more than turbulent relationship in recent weeks, including an explosive row that saw them briefly separate before later re-coupling.

So far Ekin-Su and Davide have survived the drama of Casa Amor, but is their romance about to run out?

They aren’t the only couple that appears to have been rattled by Adam Collard’s return to the villa, as his flirty attentions towards Paige Thorne saw Jacques O’Neill see red and elect to leave the Love Island villa on Tuesday night.

With Adam due to go on three dates on Wednesday’s episode, more noses could soon be put out of joint as he gets to know Paige, Summer and Danica in the hopes of finding the girl of his dreams.

Stealing away to the Hideaway terrace, Adam’s first date kicks off with Summer Botwe, who is currently coupled up with Dami Hope after first turning his head during Casa Amor.

Discussing their ideal date, the pair admit Rome would be their perfect choice, as they continue to get to know each other.

Danica soon follows for date number two, with the dancer even putting Adam through his paces as she gives him an impromptu lesson.

However it’s the third date that many fans won’t want to miss, as the pair flintily joke about saving the best until last.

The playful banter begins as Paige jokes: “As if you picked me last!”

Amused by the suggestion, Adam replies: “Do you think the best first or best last..?”

Not one to be drawn, Paige coyly retorts: “I’ll ask you that question.”

Could a new romance be about to blossom?
