Loose Women star forced to miss Christmas party after medical emergency

Olivia Attwood took to social media and shared a picture of her eye covered with a bandage.

The Love Island star, 32, issued a health update on Instagram as she appeared downcast in the candid selfie and the reality star explained that she had to miss the Loose Women Christmas event due to an issue with her eye.

The TV personality, who joined the ITV panel earlier this year, looked glum as she wore her black framed reading glasses over the eye patch.

Olivia did not go into details about what happened to her eye as she shared the news with her 2.1million followers while travelling in the back of a taxi.

She wrote: “Was meant to be off to @loosewomen Christmas lunch… but my eye had other ideas.”

The news comes after the ITV panellist recently revealed she clashed with her beau over when they plan to start a family.

Olivia, who tied the knot with her husband and footballer Bradley Dack, 29, earlier this year, said on Loose Women that he is desperate to become a dad but she is not ready yet.

The panel discussed Sienna Miller’s pregnancy at 41 and if there was judgement surrounding women who are pregnant later in life.

Olivia said: “I’m sitting here listening to you girls talking and I’m thinking I’m going to be a geriatric mother, as they call it.’

Charlene White asked her if she wanted to have children in the near future, to which she replied: “No. I mean, never say never, you know, and all that stuff.

“I’m obviously married and very happy and Brad would love to have one, you know, tomorrow.

“But I’m, right now, other things excite me. I don’t have that maternal instinct yet. The way it is going, I probably will be around that 35 age. Which is mad to hear that’s when they call if geriatric.’

Jane Moore asked Olivia if she saw a future with no children.

Olivia said: “I don’t see that being the case but I also wouldn’t say that’s never going to happen. I’m very open to which ever way it goes.”

Meanwhile, the Loose Women panellists appeared to have a festive time on Wednesday night as some of the ladies enjoyed a spot of karoke.
