Khloé Kardashian has had a change of heart and called her ex Tristan Thompson a "great guy" after a rocky few months for the former couple, who share daughter True Thompson, three.
The 37 year old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star opened up on the dynamics of her family during an interview on Good Morning America, as she was speaking as part of an ABC News special.
Khloé, who was recently spotted taking her daughter to her gym class in LA, recalled how professional basketball player Tristan, 31, cheated on her shortly before she gave birth to True.
But the star then called her ex a "great guy" as she remembered how despite the issues in their relationship he still made sure to support her in the birthing suite when she went into labour.
At the time, reports began to surface that Tristan had been kissing "multiple women".
Yet despite a cheating scandal, the on-off couple got back together and appeared to have sorted out their struggles.
Unfortunately, Khloé was left devastated when it was revealed in January that Tristan had secretly fathered a son with personal trainer Maralee Nicols.
While there was a battle over paternity at the time, a test confirmed that Tristan was the father of Texas-born Maralee's baby boy.
Recalling the difficulties in their relationship, Good American jeans founder Khloé insisted that Tristan is a "great guy and a great dad," but he's just not the one for her.
I felt "incredibly safe", the blonde beauty began in reference to the beginning of their turbulent romance.
"She continued: "I felt really good for a time… I remember when he cheated on me right before I gave birth, and I was able to still have him in the delivery room.

"And so yes, it might have looked strange to the outside world, but when my daughter watches my home videos of it, those videos are going to be as pure and perfect as I was able to make them.
"I still think he’s a great guy and he’s a great dad, he’s just not the guy for me," the star added.
Khloé also mused over her own family's love lives, which comes amid the announcement that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got married in a Las Vegas chapel after the Grammys.
As family matriarch Kris Jenner gushed over comedian Pete Davidson being the perfect man for her daughter Kim, 40, Khloé insisted she's the only one in the family not in "the best place to be in a relationship".
