James 'Arg' Argent has been pictured making his way into a daily rehab unit after reportedly being visited by paramedics at his home.
Last week, worried pals of the 34 year old reportedly called an ambulance to rush over to his Essex home after being unable to get ahold of him.
The "blip" in his recovery following his drug addiction appears to have made him to decide to go to a rehab unit in Woodford, Essex, on Wednesday 16 February.
James donned a grey hoodie alongside a pair of black jogging bottoms and a black baseball cap on his head in pictures obtained by MailOnline.
Teaming the ensemble with some grey and black trainers alongside a black leather bag, James appeared to be in good spirits as he smiled before heading into the centre – which he joined voluntarily.
OK! Online has approached James' representatives for further comment.
The visit comes just a week after paramedics reportedly came to James' home after friends were left worried when he wasn't answering his phone "after hitting a blip in his recovery".
"James has been doing so well, but the drastic change to his lifestyle has had pressures of its own and can be tough," a source told The Sun. "Unfortunately it happened on a day when he was feeling low and an ambulance had to be called.
"He is changing his number again and is now focusing on surrounding himself with the right people who support him in his new healthy lifestyle.”
James, who recently said he is still in "regular therapy", was reportedly assessed by paramedics and did not need to go to hospital. He was able to remain at home.
Former TOWIE star James turned his life around in the last year after dropping 13 stone following a gastric sleeve surgery in April 2021.

However, in mid-January the TV personality shared his plans to put some weight back on and bulk up.
“Sometimes I’d get as hungry as I did before,” he explained to the Mirror. “When that happens you eat too quickly. It makes you feel rough and be sick and it’s extremely uncomfortable.”
He continued: “I’ve learned the hard way. There’s been moments where I’ve f***ed up but now I’m used to it.”
Nutrition is just one side of the equation though as James has been working hard at the gym and has enlisted the help of best pal Mark Wright, who he said is a "fantastic" personal trainer.
He said: "We’ve trained together on the weights and he’s always a phone call away.
"Whether it’s weight problems, girl problems or anything else, Mark is always the person I turn to."
