Posting to Instagram while away on her “familymoon”, Emma Bunton shared a sweet snap of herself and her son Beau.

The 45 year old pop sensation shared the snap of the pair at the beach with her fans and showed off how tall he had gotten.

She captioned: “@beaubuntonjones couldn’t be prouder! #tallerthanme #staycation #familytime.“

Emma wore a colourful green and purple Gucci cardigan on the trip, with a black baseball cap and aviator sunglasses to match.

Beau recently turned 14 years old, with Emma giving him a shout out on social media to celebrate the occasion by posting a snap of him stood in front of a birthday banner.

She captioned the post: “This beautiful soul, my first born is 14 years old today. To know him is to love him! You are truly special. Thank you for being the centre of our world.”

Emma and her partner Jade, 42, recently got married after a 10 year engagement, with Emma revealing in an interview with Lorraine that she would like to expand the size of her family despite fertility worries.

Emma and Jade currently have two children together, Beau and 10 year old Tate.

In the interview with Lorraine she said: “I'm always, always broody! Jade, he would have lots more children.

“I think we are at the stage where we are very much like, if it happens it would be amazing.”

Emma has been open in the past about fertility issues as she worried it may be “too late” for the pair to have another child.

Speaking to You magazine about menopause, Emma said: “I cried my eyes out, I thought, ‘Is this the end?’ It’s been a very weird time.

“I’m a very mumsy person; when I see my friends’ babies I always become broody. But now I thought, ‘OK, this is it.’”

Despite their fears, Emma shared that they’re still hopeful for something to “happen” for them.

She said: “We still talk about it, but it makes me nervous, and the one thing about me that drives my entire family crazy is that I’m indecisive.

“So, with the baby, some days I think, ‘Right! Let’s do it’, and then other days I don’t know if I can.

“If it happens, of course, it would be amazing.”
