Country singer Carrie Underwood recently accepted the TikTok “Savage” challenge and created a short clip in which she is seen grooving along to the Megan Thee Stallion song of the same name.
The “American Idol” winner is new to the platform, having joined the fray mere weeks ago, when she filmed her husband Mike Fisher’s attempt at rescuing a bird that had gotten trapped inside their home.
In her latest TikTok, she was joined by the makeup and hair artist, Melissa Schleicher, and while Underwood absolutely killed the now-infamous “Savage” dance routine, a facemask-clad Schleicher was slower at picking up the movements.
The singer was also quick to own the fact that the majority of the user demographic of the app consists of teenagers, writing, “We know we are not, in fact, savage” in bold letters across the video. It has since garnered more than 2 million views on the app.
