Danni Menzies has been giving fans an insight into filming for new episodes of A Place In The Sun on her Instagram page this week. While she’s been having fun in the hot weather, the presenter told fans she got the “fright of her life” after seeing a lifelike white tiger on a bed in one of the properties she was viewing.

In view of her 78,000 followers, the host filmed herself walking into a room where the large stuffed animal was.

The 33-year-old said to the camera: “I just walked into our fourth property and got the fright of my life.

“Look at this guy,” she added, zooming into its face.

“It’s just sitting there waiting for me, it’s got quite a scary face too.”

She followed up her post, writing: “I literally feel like it’s going to pounce on me.”

Ahead of the fearful moment, Danni told fans she was in her “element” as she was filming with horses.

Yesterday, she shared a picture of her riding as she explored the mountains.

She commented: “Making the most of a weekend in the mountains.

“I miss being at the horses and riding SO much, this place was just fab, highly recommend @yeguada_luque_guerrero you’ll find then about an hour inland from #Malaga.

“They clearly love their animals and the screener was incredible!”

Many of her fans flocked to her post to share their thoughts.

One commented: “Looks amazing,” while another penned: “So good.”

Danni joined the property show back in 2016.

In a recent interview with Express.co.uk, the blonde beauty discussed how working on the show affected her love life.

She said in May: “I’ve tried relationships over the years, and it’s very difficult when you start dating someone and then you go, ‘Oh by the way I’m just off for three weeks.’

“So I won’t lie about that, it’s been very difficult for me to nail that part of my life.

“But I am working on it.”

The presenter’s last known relationship was with former soldier Simon Moloney.

In response to an article, which referred to him as her partner last year, she wrote: “We didn’t make it past August.”

The pair met after being set up on a blind date by mutual friends. It is believed she is currently single.

A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
